Kai-Chieh (張凱傑) Chang is working on advanced media development at Seagate Technology. He spends lots of his time on materials selection, result analysis, data mining and result optimization. He also involves in different roles of non-profit organizations to bridge Taiwan and United States.

Being a nature lover, Kai-Chieh hikes with his family and friends. He likes many sports and used to play rugby and volleyball.  

Kai-Chieh holds a bachelor’s degree from National Cheng Kung University, a master degree from National Taiwan University and a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University. All in Materials Science field.
