York Peng is the CTO of Leadwin Precision Technologies, Inc. which produces plastic parts, rubber parts, and metal parts, especially for medical industries.  He is specialized in developing business software for industry 4.0 such as MES, PLM, ERP, KMS, CRM, EDM, QMS, CAPA, ISO…etc. for medical industries and others.

York Peng has worked for medical device and software industries for more than 20 years. He participates in developing patient monitor system, ultrasonic scanner, knee treatment device, inhaler, spine surgical device, inflation device, remote temperature reader, blood-testing rack…etc. 

In addition, York Peng offers consulting services on DFM, GD&T, mold design, scientific molding, PPAP, ISO13485, Industry 4.0 and custom software. 

York Peng has served as advisor of Taiwanese American Industrial Technology Association since 2012. He is also a certified lecturer.  He taught Production Management in Tatung University.  He is the author of “Views from Silicon Valley”.
