Jonathan Cheung, CFA 張皓豐
Jon is currently a Partner & Customer Success Director at Firstup. Firstup is an enterprise software startup that offers communication solutions for over 500 customers, including Amazon, Boeing, Ford, Pfizer, and Hilton. Currently based in Taiwan, he leads Firstup’s efforts to work with partners to expand to the Asian market.
Jon has experience in professional services (strategy consulting, operations consulting, valuation, and private equity), B2B & B2C sales, product management, customer success, and entrepreneurship. He co-founded & built a startup from $0 to $3M revenue, managed a $500M portfolio at McKesson, and consulted Fortune 50 customers on strategy & operations.
His goal is to help bridge the gap between resources in Taiwan and the US. He enjoyed his startup experience at Kudo3D, which was part of both the Hsinchu Science Park and the UC Berkeley SkyDeck accelerator program.
His hobbies include running, basketball, traveling, wine tasting, and giving back to the community. He currently serves as an advisory board member for the University of California, Irvine’s Customer Experience Program and the mentorship chair of the Taiwanese American Professionals nonprofit, building a mentorship program for college students. He is a UC Berkeley alum (Haas School of Business) and a CFA Charter holder.
